TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: This type of insurance is offered by many agents. We strongly recommend buying trip cancellation insurance. Should you be unable to make the trip due to an unforeseen problem you will not lose all of your investment. This type of insurance can also cover loss or damages to your personal gear. Over the years many hunters have had to cancel at last minute because of health or other unforeseen problems and we were not able to give a refund, we never feel good about this so once again check out TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

The cost of meat processing and taxidermy work is your responsibility. If you can't take the meat home, it can be donated to the local food bank. The cost of meat processing will still be your responsibility. Meat cutting charges run $80.00 and up, depending on customer preference for dry ice and shipping boxes. Taxidermy work is approximately $500.00 and up for a shoulder mount, plus shipping and crating. If you want to take your head home to a local taxidermist it is possible. Antelope heads can be frozen and packed with your meat. Heads taken home by commercial airliners require special care. We strongly advise you to contact your airline prior to your trip and find out their regulations. The airlines have recently made it difficult to take heads home as baggage. Heads can be left to be caped, boxed and shipped by local taxidermists; the charge is your responsibility. We urge you to check on your home state laws in regards to transporting meat and heads back from Wyoming with regard to chronic wasting disease.
